Both struggle with what they are feeling, struggle with the pain they bear on their shoulders, and both hesitantly reach out to see if they can perhaps help share the load. The question is, when a student and a teacher fall in love, will they be able to overcome all the obstacles that find their way into that path to happiness?Eva and Elijah are simply adorable in this book. Though it was definitely a bit of a slow burner for me with a beginning that just seemed to drag on a little, even as I enjoyed starting to get to know the characters and what makes them tick, finally some real depth started to shine through, especially when we got to read snippets of Eva’s homework. These writing assignments really got to me and were an amazing way to get to know Eva more, and Elijah too. And let’s not even get started on those swimming lessons…I’d definitely sign up for those! All in all, this was a simply fantastic read, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, and would absolutely recommend it.Abby has written the sweetest just slightly dirty love story, and you cannot help but root for Eva and Elijah, hoping that they will indeed triumph against all odds, and find that forever love they both deserve.
Teach Me Sweetly was spellbinding. Eva and Elijah are an amazing couple who come from different sides of a spectrum. Eva is young and rich and is looked down on by her peers. Her parents ignore her while she suffers in silence on a tragedy that hit her family hard. Elijah is her teacher who who cares for her and shows her how to thrive and blossom. Can these two overcome adversity and find their happily ever after? This book was sweet, riveting, taboo, intense, sexy and beautiful. This was my first book from Abby Gale, which I loved so much and I can't wait to read more from her. This is a must read for forbidden romance lovers.
This was an excellent book. The author captured Eva’s sadness and broken heart so well. Eva never let her loneliness and heartache stop her from helping the less fortunate. It took a substitute teacher, Elijah, to look beneath Eva’s melancholy and see her for the beautiful loving person she was.
Wow if you want to read a forbidden book that blows your mind with a bit of forbidden in it this is the book! Eva meets a hot guy at a bar when she’s celebrating her birthday but what happens when his dream girl shows up in his classroom? This book is hot steamy everything you love in a book!
Abby Gale has done it again. This is taboo brought to new levels. It's not just a really hot teacher with for a school girl. No-no-no! 💙 this is so much more than that. Could not out my kindle down. This is already an instant favorite, and I highly recommend it.
This had everything I love in a good book. The characters were fleshed out well, their story done really great. It was a great quick read.
